I was looking for a dependable car service primarily to take me to doctor’s appointments. What i received was much, much more! First, even though their prices have nearly doubled, they are still much cheaper than their competitors like Uber & Lyft. Once, I was sick & unable to go to one of my appointments. They went to the doctor’s office for me, retrieved my prescriptions, and even stopped at a convenience store near my house to pick something else up for me. They’ve even gone to the store for me, retrieved every item on my list & brought it to me, all for the same price as a ride. As a very long time customer, the only negative things I have to say is that a couple of times have they’ve come to my house, sat outside & waited for me for 15 minutes,& then left, (once as I ran out the door & saw the back end of their car as they left). They ask for your phone number every time you fill out a transportation request form, so I never understood why, at some point during those 15 minutes, they didn’t just give me a call. The only joy other then is that on several occasions I’ve had to wait an hour or more for my return trip hom, but a couple of times they did cut some money off of the ride’s price. Other than those two things, they’re aces & absolutely fantastic!!! I’ve recommended them to countless people & will continue to do so!! They’re always on time, get you where you’re going on time, courteous, professional and friendly! You just can’t go wrong with them, no matter how short or lonely my your trip is!!

I was a bind...had an operation in the morning and no one to drive me to SAME DAY SURGERY OF Melbourne....GO FOR 5.NET got me there... ON TIME....and was able to sign me out after surgery....or this important operation would not have happened...period!!!!...and that is just one of the easier things they do!...and always a great price...GIVE THEM A TRY AND YOU WILL ALSO SEE !....Thanks again...AMAZING is allI can say!!!!!!
